Akosua Mensa RPh, PharmD
Founder/OwnerGrowing up in Houston, Akosua watched her brother struggle with the effects of Asthma and told her family she wanted to find a cure and "make a difference" when she grew up. After completing pre-med courses at University of Colorado she began her journey on earning her PharmD in the Pharmacy field. Dr. Mensa now couples her formal education with 20+ years of practical experience to bring you very highest in pharmaceutical services.
Many came to know and rely on her, and her 'sunshine' personality, when she was their Pharmacist at a local location. Now Akosua will be able to increase the level of service she wants to offer, as she opens her own business, Saddle Rock Pharmacy. She is committed to providing you unrivaled customer service coupled with quick, useful and accurate information, so that you can better manage your health. Jaime Smith, PharmD
Pharmacy ManagerAfter graduating from Woodland Park High School in Colorado, Jaime started her pharmacy school at Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest, Hungary. After three years she returned to the United States and switched to the PharmD program. She earned her doctorate of pharmacology from The University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2006. She is certified to immunize and has been involved in medication therapy management services. Jaime has managed a local pharmacy for the past 9 years. Customers love that Jaime is very caring and always has a smile.
Jaime enjoys getting deeply involved with the community. She has set up off site immunization clinics and helps patients that are in need. Jaime has also been on numerous medical mission trips to Nicaragua.
Ciara Scruggs
Pharmacy TechnicianBefore moving to Colorado in 2012, Ciara lived in a small town known as Farmington, New Mexico. She grew up around her grandpa and watched him suffer with diabetes his entire life. After learning more about his health condition, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in health care. She graduated from Cherokee Trail Highschool in 2016. Soon after she earned her Pharmacy Technician Certification from Pickens Technical College.
As a highly skilled pharmacy technician, Ciara is committed to giving the best customer service and best pharmacy experience. In her spare time she enjoys spending time and traveling with her family.
